We are looking for a Platform Product Manager - Subscription Services. This role leads the evolution of a connected-vehicle Subscription Services Platform at a major OEM, enabling dynamic bundling, entitlement, and lifecycle management of digital services across millions of vehicles and global markets.Engagement details:Location: Turin, ItalyWorking model: HybridStart date: ASAPEmployment type: Full-time, Contract or FreelanceResposibilities:Lead the full product lifecycle of a connected-vehicle Subscription Services Platform, enabling seamless bundling, entitlement, and delivery of services across global regions and vehicle modelsDefine the platform vision, long-term strategy, and roadmap for subscription packages, service expansion, and customer engagement across the vehicle lifecycleBuild scalable frameworks for regional offerings, market-specific content, and vehicle configuration compatibility, including pre-contract technical dependency planningPartner with engineering, brand, marketing, and regional operations teams to design and launch new subscription experiences worldwideTranslate product strategy into well-defined backlogs, user stories, and priorities that drive real business impactSupport the rollout of trial management, feature gating, service upgrades, renewals, retention offers, and package switchingEstablish KPIs tied to adoption, usage, churn, ARPU, engagement,



and geographic penetrationWork cross-functionally on bundling optimization and customer segmentation across regionsAdvocate for a modular, API-first platform that enables other teams to launch new vehicle services rapidlyEnsure customer experiences meet regulatory, localization, and brand standards across geographiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field5+ years of product management experience, ideally with platform or SaaS subscription productsDemonstrated success launching or managing subscription-based products across multiple regions or customer segmentsProven ability to define and scale modular, configurable xysqume platforms serving diverse use casesStrong understanding of product lifecycle management, bundling strategy, and customer engagement toolsProven ability to prioritize, influence cross-functional teams, and drive execution in a matrixed environmentAgile product development experience with a bias for iteration and cross-functional collaborationExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and strong UX intuitionNice to have:Master's degree or MBA; experience in automotive software, connected services, or mobile ecosystemsFamiliarity with entitlement management, CRM, or feature-on-demand systems (e.G.
