Scorra verso il basso per leggere la descrizione completa.Your ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop complex plastic components and assemblies for injection molding applicationsCreate and maintain 3D CAD models, technical drawings, and related documentationDefine plastic design concepts according to Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principlesSelect suitable plastic materials and define dimensional tolerancesCollaborate with tooling suppliers and mold manufacturers during mold design, qualification, and production ramp-up phasesSupport prototyping, testing, validation activities, and root-cause analysesReview and optimize designs to improve product quality, manufacturability, and cost efficiencyMentor junior team members and actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the departmentSupport continuous improvement initiatives and standardization activitiesWork closely with cross-functional engineering teams, suppliers, and external partnersYour Qualifications & SkillsTechnical diploma or comparable qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related fieldSeveral years of experience in plastic component design for injection moldingStrong knowledge of plastic materials, injection molding processes, tolerancing, and DFM/DFA principlesExperience collaborating with tooling suppliers and managing mold development activitiesProficiency in SolidWorks is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStructured, autonomous,
