Within the People Care team, we are looking for a Senior Development & Talent Management Professional.Aumenti le sue possibilità di arrivare alla fase del colloquio leggendo la descrizione completa del lavoro e candidandosi tempestivamente.Key responsibilities of the role will include:Lead strategic talent and development projects from design to implementation; Design and deliver leadership, acceleration and career development initiatives; Support succession planning activities for strategic positions; Partner with stakeholders to identify talent and development needs; Monitor KPIs and provide insights for decision making; Contribute to the evolution of talent management frameworks.RequirementsMaster degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or STEM fields; Strong project management capabilities, stakeholder management, HR analytics; 7-8+ years of experience in Talent Management/ HR ro similar fields; Soft Skills:Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels; What we offerWe offer employment at the manager level with the relevant salary, in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement.Gross annual salary ranging between 57K€ and 67K€.
