In this role, you will partner with business leaders to drive people strategies, foster employee engagement, and support organizational growth. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring consistent HR practices and compliance while contributing to talent development and business performance. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport talent acquisition activities, including hiring decisions and onboarding processes /liliMonitor workforce metrics and labor costs to support data-driven decision aligned with business objectives /liliManage the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a consistent and effective employee experience /liliManage salary review processes, ensuring consistency and adherence to company guidelines /liliCoordinate the performance management processes, supporting managers in decision-making and ensuring alignment with business priorities /liliDesign and drive cross-country learning initiatives based on comprehensive training needs analysis across the Tech population in Italy, Turkey and Albania, supporting capability building and organizational growth and ensuring alignment with business priorities /liliDesign, develop and lead end-to-end team building and engagement initiatives for the entire Tech population in Italy, managing all aspects including vendor selection and coordination,
as well as internal stakeholder engagement and delivery /liliProvide guidance on employment contracts and terminations and disciplinary action, managing complex and sensitive cases in alignment with labor laws and company policies /liliEnsure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, acting as a point of reference for employee relations matters /liliCoordinate exit programs for the Tech population, with a focus on low and bottom performer management, including the implementation of incentivized exit processes in alignment with business needs and labor regulations /liliManage the employee population across multiple locations (Milan, Rome, Naples, Palermo and Porcari – 337 HC), ensuring consistent HR support and processes /liliBe available to travel across Italy at least once a month to support business needs and maintain strong connections with local teams. /li /ulh3What You’ll Bring /h3ulliProven experience (5/7 years) as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role within a complex and fast-paced environment. /liliStrong knowledge of the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and employee relations. /liliSolid understanding of labor law and HR policies, with the ability to manage sensitive employee matters with sound judgment and discretion. /liliStrong business partnering and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leaders and support organizational decision-making. /liliExperience in designing and implementing learning, engagement, and talent development initiatives. /liliAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics, workforce data, and labor cost trends to support business decisions. /liliProject management and organizational skills,
