Travel is not required for the interviews.Tasks and responsibilities:Preparation of business requirements and approval of specifications; Management of changes requests; Coordination and review of acceptance testing and planning of deliveries; Reporting of status of IT module to stakeholders; Assistance with preparation of guidelines and training materials; Assistance and/or participation in business requirements documents and other relevant documents; Interactionwith the business analysts, customers, users,



project leaders and the developers; Participation in working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users; Profile:Bachelor or Master's degree; +5 years relevant experience in IT business analysis; Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.); Good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value; Strong capacity xysqume in preparing and writing business analysis; Good knowledge of large organization administrative business processes; Ability to give business and technical presentations; Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences; Analysis and problem solving skills; Capability to write clear and structured business requirements documents; Certificatein Agile methodology would be a plus; #J-18808-Ljbffr
