Overview In this role you drive end-to-end supply chain improvement initiatives within the Corporate Supply Chain Team, supporting the global roadmap and governance. You partner across functions to optimize performance, budgeting, and project delivery while advancing S&OP;, data analytics, and digital tool adoption. You enable sustainable efficiencies and risk mitigation, acting as a business partner to protect and grow the supply chain.

You will work on cross-functional projects and lead governance for multiple initiatives with a hands-on, analytical approach.

Responsabilità Oversee end-to-end supply chain roadmap design and implementation, coordinating diagnostics and improvement initiatives Lead performance management by defining and reviewing metrics, harmonizing cross-BU KPIs, and translating KPI concepts into reporting Support budgeting processes, consolidating inputs,



and liaising with Finance for governance Act as reference for project management and governance in both supply chain and cross-functional projects Advance S&OP; and Demand Planning excellence by standardizing processes, tools, and agendas Drive operational improvements in manufacturing, reducing lead times and improving visibility Lead digital tools rollout and act as change agent for new supply chain tools Requisiti fondamentali ~7+ years in complex supply chains, consulting or related areas ~ Strong analytical and problem solving skills ~ Ability to work independently and in teams ~ Effective communication and stakeholder engagement across roles and levels ~ Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines ~ Pharma experience is advantageous ~ Analytical thinking ~ Cross-functional collaboration ~ Proactive continuous improvement mindset ~ MS Office (Excel: nested formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP; PowerPoint for executive storytelling) ~ SAP IBP and/or other supply chain tools ~ Forecasting tools (knowledge is a plus)
