Overview In this role you will provide legal support across Staff functions and Global Research & Development to enable strategic projects while ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies. You will act as a business partner, guiding cross-functional initiatives and third‐party collaborations in line with Chiesi's values and sustainability framework. The role involves drafting, negotiating, and managing R&D; and vendor agreements, as well as advising on regulatory and quality matters affecting development activities.

Drafting, negotiating, and managing R&D; and clinical/non-clinical study agreements Legal advice on regulatory, quality, governance, and risk issues in R&D; Support for sustainability collaborations and multi-stakeholder initiatives Legal support for Paolo Chiesi Foundation projects Provide legal assessment and risk evaluation for cross-functional projects Stand-alone research initiatives and industry collaborations with pharma/academia Master's Degree in Law ~2–3 years of professional experience in a pharmaceutical company or leading international law firm ~ Fluency in English (written and spoken) ~ Good communication and teamwork skills ~ contract drafting and negotiation ~ R&D; agreements management ~
