On behalf of a Design brand, we are now looking for a: Showroom and A&D; Specialist The brand is seeking a motivated Showroom and A&D; Specialist reporting to Commercial Director. He /She will be in charge of the supervision of the showroom and the development of contract business in the area of Milan.

Responsibilities

Maintain the Brand image to the highest standards; Ensure the Showroom and all displays are neat and tidy; Assist with stock management and ordering; Maintain up to date CRM; Assist any walk-in Clients through consultation, scheming, sample picking; Create collaboration and tailor made events to increase the company's brand awareness; Develop contract business through A&D; Clients.

Requirements





3+ years of experience in showroom context or in a commercial functions within the design industry

• Knowledge of the contract business would be considered a plus

• Strong communication skills and business acumen

• High-end customer service and luxury retail experience, preferably in design industry

• Proficient in MS office
