For our client, a well-established manufacturing company, we are looking for a:Per una comprensione completa di questa occasione e dei requisiti per essere un candidato di successo, continui a leggere.HR BUSINESS PARTNERReporting to the Director Human Resources, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for all aspects of HR – developing, implementing, and coordinating policies and procedures covering employment, labor relations, compensation, recruiting, benefits, employee services, development, and training.Principle Job Responsabilities:Support managers at all levels on staffing decisions, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR-related activitiesPartner with Corporate HR on reporting, headcount planning, salary review, and performance management processesManage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and hiring, coordinating with external partners (agencies, recruiters, headhunters)Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, and terminationsDevelop and implement HR policies, programs,



and procedures in line with Group guidelinesManage union relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirementsLead compensation and benefits processes, including annual salary reviews and promotional increases, ensuring cost controlEnsure effective workforce planning by maintaining a stable and qualified workforce aligned with business needsDrive performance management, training, and organizational development initiatives, including annual training plans and retention programsMonitor key HR metrics (turnover, training costs, exit interviews) and support xysqume audits, employer branding, and organizational changesRequirements:Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldProven experience in a HR Generalist or HR Bsuness Partner role, ideally in an international environmentCommunication and collaboration skills, with a results-driven and business-oriented mindset.Availability for occasional business travelWorkplace: Province of GoriziaAnnual Gross Salary: Between 60.000 and 70.000 euros#J-18808-Ljbffr
