Gabriele Rizzi Lab is looking for an exceptional individual to work directly alongside its Founder & Artistic Director within an international creative environment.

This is a highly trusted, dynamic role combining executive support, coordination, research and relationship management.

THE ROLE The position will support the Founder across key business activities and selected personal matters, helping create structure, continuity and effective execution across multiple priorities.

Main areas of responsibility include:

- Executive support, agenda and international travel
- Team and project coordination
- High-level research and information gathering
- Recruitment and talent scouting support
- Client care, CRM and relationship follow-up
- Support across PR, partnerships and networking
- Creative research and presentation coordination
- Reporting, follow-ups and priority tracking
- Selected personal and lifestyle organisation
- Intelligent use of AI and digital tools THE PROFILE





We are looking for someone highly organised, proactive, highly creative, discreet and resourceful, with excellent judgement and a strong international mindset.

You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where business, creativity and relationships constantly intersect.

REQUIREMENTS

- Excellent Italian and English
- 5+ years in a senior Executive Assistant, Private PA, Executive Business Partner or comparable role
- Excellent research and communication skills
- Strong organisational and digital capabilities
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Absolute discretion and reliability
- Availability for occasional international travel

Experience within luxury, hospitality, creative industries or Family Office environments is a strong advantage.
