Responsabilità Design and implement analytical solutions for client challenges Develop prototypes and assess their effectiveness Collaborate with clients and colleagues to share ideas and insights Model and validate quantitative risk or performance metrics Contribute to projects like NLP-driven tools, decarbonization modeling, and promotion analytics Engage in cross-functional teamwork and communicate findings clearly Support business development and knowledge transfer across regions Requisiti fondamentali Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a quantitative discipline Data-driven mindset with ability to explain complex concepts to non-experts Programming skills in Python or R Strong teamwork and resilience in a dynamic environment Excellent English and Italian language skills Interest or experience in financial services and risk management Minimum 6 months of experience in specialized consulting firms, top-tier banks, or financial institutions teamwork resilience clear communication Python R data analysis
