These locations include: Montgomery, AL, NAS JRB Ft Worth, TX, NAS Lemoore and Edwards AFB, CA, Madison, WI, Elgin AFB, FL, Ghedi AB and Amendola Airbase, Italy, MCAS Iwakuni and Misawa AFB, Japan, Burlington, VT, MCAS Cherry Pt, NC, MCAS Beaufort, Eielson AFB, AK, Hill AFB, UT, Luke AFB and MCAS Yuma, AZ, MCAS Miramar, CA. Duties include support of sustainment, maintenance, and operation of F-35 training devices. Candidate will Install components and assemblies into chassis, racks, cabinets, workstations, and customer facilities. Perform, conduct, and document preventive maintenance checks required for the devices and associated subsystems. Update maintenance data collection records and assist with the installation and check-out of modifications to equipment. This position is sub-contacted by Lockheed Martin (LM), so candidate will implement and support Lockheed Martin initiatives, programs and policies, as directed. These positions are available in early 2024 and for Montgomery, AL immediately. Training is conducted for one week at Eglin AFB,



FLJob ResponsibilitiesMaintain simulation devices to meet availability specificationsEnsure training devices are powered up and ready for each training periodApply technical knowledge to solve complex problems by interpreting design drawings, manuals, or simulator documentationAssist with installations, testing, and maintenance of F-35 software packagesIsolate and report malfunctions and discrepancies to the lowest definable levelsDocuments and maintain cabling schemes and drawingsEstablish and perform maintenance programs following company and vendor standardsAdditional duties and related responsibilities will be assigned as requiredWork closely with other members of the Lockheed Martin and BGI, LLC training team on site to fulfil F-35 training objectivesImplement and support Lockheed Martin initiatives, programs and policies as directedComply with site security and access control procedures in accordance with F-35 program and customer proceduresSanitize all classified media (circuit cards, disk storage devices, etc.) to the LRU in accordance with established F-35 and customer proceduresRequired and/or Preferred QualificationsBasic QualificationsCandidate must have a transferable secret security clearance, last Periodic Reinvestigation must be within the last six years or be enrolled in Continuous EvaluationCandidate must be able to attain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) accessPossess knowledge and experience with simulation hardware and software or similarAbility to read and use technical schematics,
