and specificationsPerform or oversee electrical calculations and power system studiesReview designs for code compliance, constructability, and technical accuracyProvide technical support during construction and installationRespond to RFIs and assist with field-driven design modificationsCoordinate electrical designs with mechanical, structural, architectural, and process teamsCollaborate directly with clients, contractors, vendors, and construction teamsManage, mentor, and review the work of Junior Engineers and DesignersHelp establish design standards, quality-control procedures, and project best practicesWhat We're Looking ForBachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited programActive Professional Engineer license requiredAt least 8 years of relevant electrical design and construction support experienceStrong background in industrial and commercial electrical systemsProficiency with Revit and AutoCADExperience with SKM PowerTools or similar electrical power study softwareFamiliarity with eVolve, SysQue, or related electrical modeling tools preferredStrong knowledge of electrical codes, design standards, and permitting requirementsExperience producing construction-ready and permit-ready documentationProven leadership and team-development experienceExcellent client communication and presentation skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesCollaborative, accountable, and comfortable working in fast-paced project environmentsThis is an excellent opportunity for a licensed electrical engineer who wants to combine technical design, team leadership, and client engagement in one influential role.Lead the vision.
