You ensure that projects are executed successfully during construction and operation, while supporting your team in solving technical, commercial and organisational challenges.You act as the main coordination interface between Asset Management, management, and internal departments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate a team of minimum 3 Asset ManagersSupport Asset Managers in project execution and problem solvingEnsure alignment of project priorities and workloads within the teamAct as escalation point for complex technical or commercial topicsSupport professional development of Asset ManagersEnsure reporting quality and consistency across all Italian projectsProject & Asset ManagementAct as Asset Manager for selected strategic projects if requiredSupervise construction and operational performance of assigned assetsEnsure projects meet timelines,
