Position includes applying theoretical knowledge, practical engineering skills, as well as communicational skills in the fields of Clean Energy, AI and Data center design.ResponsibilitiesConcept design of Data center electrical power systems and architecture, with traditional and AI design requirements, which includes:LV power distribution (low voltage switchgear, uninterruptible power supply systems, busbar systems)MV power distribution systems (medium voltage switchgear and transformers)Auxiliary systems (AC, DC), lightning protection systems, diesel gensets...Electrical load calculations, arc flash, short circuit and protection coordination study calculations and modeling toolsElectrical single-line diagramsUnderstanding of relevant codes and standards for electrical power equipment and installationsCoordination with other technical disciplines (architectural, structural, HVAC, controls, fire protection)Reading and understanding RFP and tender documentsProblem solving and interpretation of customer requirements in proposed solutionsModular Data center technical solutions and quotationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering5+ years experienceProficient in Electrical power system designSizing and specification of electrical equipment and installationsKnowledge of electrical load calculations, short circuit and protection coordination study calculations and modeling toolsSolid communication skills, both written and oral, to work across multiple Engineering and Manufacturing teams to bring architectures and concepts to deploymentPC skills: active user of Windows, MS Office incl.
