Hibbett Retail, Inc. is seeking a Manager in Training at our Rome, GA location. You will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, merchandising, scheduling, and customer service, learning all department duties and store policies.
As a MIT you'll lead during the Store Manager's absence, drive sales, and promote services and merchandise while upholding integrity and internal controls. Prior retail experience and a proactive attitude are preferred.
