The role requires solid HR knowledge across all major disciplines, a comprehensive business understanding, and the ability to independently address complex employee relations and business challenges. Acting as a trusted advisor and credible partner, this position provides practical, evidence-based solutions and sound guidance to business leaders in areas of scope.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary HR point of contact for employees and business leaders, delivering day-to-day support and reliable advice across all HR related topics in areas of responsibility, in alignment with the HR ManagerCollaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, actively supporting hiring forecasts, skills planning, onboarding, performance reviews,
