and regional growth plans Build and maintain relationships with key customers and strategic accounts as trusted partner Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Applications, R&D;, and Commercial teams for launches and demand generation Monitor market trends and customer needs; Travel up to 50% as needed to support business objectives Master's degree or higher in a life sciences field Several years of experience in BD, sales, channel management, or commercial operations in life sciences or biotechnology Proven track record of direct customer-facing sales across multiple European markets (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal preferred) Experience in strategic partnerships and managing complex sales opportunities Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Fluent in English and in at least one South European language (French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese); other languages a plus stakeholder management
