MATERIAL PLANNING MANAGER Then you are the right person to join us as a Material Planning Manager in Vado Ligure As a Material Planning Manager you will be in charge in Supply Chain department with: You will report to the Supply Chain Director and work in a collaborative environment with hundreds of colleagues across Supply Chain, Procurement and Supplier Quality. As a member of the Material Planning team, you will be responsible for: Collaborate with Procurement for risk/impact management process including supplier selection, escalation and delivery improvements by preventing crises and enhancing supplier delivery performance. Ensuring suppliers can meet Alstom's needs regarding technical capability and capacity vs. workload.

Conducting audits to ensure compliance with processes and tools defined by the Central Supply Chain team,



including Light and Capacity Assessment, Reporting on SharePoint and appropriated Dashboard. Facilitating root cause analyses and implementing sustainable corrective actions (Improvement and Safeguarding Plans). Strengthening cooperation between various functions (Purchasing, Quality, Supply Chain) to manage the least performing suppliers (TOP RED and RED).

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or a related field. Demonstrated experience in supplier relationship management (in Procurement, Supply Chain or Quality).

Language skills: Fluent in Italian with a good level of English (B2). Knowledge of an ERP system (ideally SAP). Understanding of lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, ability to perform a Value Stream Map).
