Overview In this role you will own the EV charging portfolio globally, turning technical capabilities into customer value and shaping market strategy. You will collaborate across Product, Sales, R&D;, Marketing, Service and Global Markets to drive go-to-market success. You will define positioning, drive launches, and gather market insights to influence product direction.

Retribuzione / Benefits autonomy and responsibility continuous training and career opportunities equal opportunities Responsabilità Define and execute the global go-to-market strategy for charging solutions, including high-power and regulated market considerations Develop cohesive positioning across AC/DC ranges and platform, delivering a unified customer story Create differentiated value propositions for key segments and maintain competitive intelligence materials Own portfolio performance, identify whitespace, and translate customer needs into product requirements for R&D; Lead end-to-end product launches with messaging,
packaging, pricing inputs and enablement assets Build strong relationships with markets and strategic customers; capture insights through visits and workshops Coordinate with service/operations to ensure delivery promises align with reality Requisiti fondamentali ~3–5 years in Product Marketing / Solution Marketing / Product Management in B2B tech or energy/industrial environments ~ Strong familiarity with EV charging dynamics, ideally DC fast charging ~ Proven ability to lead global go-to-market programs and enable sales in complex cycles ~ Experience with regulated markets and compliance-driven requirements ~ Understanding of charging operations and digital layers (monitoring, backend integration, service models) ~ Ability to work with technical teams while maintaining a commercial mindset ~ market-savvy mindset ~ strong cross-functional collaboration ~ strategic thinking and stakeholder management ~ EV charging dynamics ~ DC fast charging ecosystems ~ monitoring and backend integration
