Overview As an Operations Start-up Leader, you join the CAPEX project team to drive vertical start-up and sustained performance through effective preparation and leadership during the start-up phase. You will coordinate cross-functional activities, from requirements and permits to training, materials, and commissioning, ensuring timely handover to operations. The role combines project discipline with hands-on production leadership in a food industry setting, offering meaningful impact on site readiness and long-term performance.

Responsabilità Assist in User Requirement Specifications development by identifying local site constraints Coordinate permits and licenses with project manager, quality manager, and regulatory team Coordinate/manage the starting and training process Coordinate Raw/Pack/consumables materials availability and production planning during start-up Develop and manage master startup plan for commissioning,



qualification and verification Coordinate/manage operational team and ensure certifications are completed on time Ensure proactive handover of the project to the operational team including the Manufacturing dossier Requisiti fondamentali ~ Experience in running manufacturing projects ~3-5 years of production leadership (Production manager or line supervisor) ~ Approximately 3-5 years as factory pillar leader ~ University Degree in Engineering ~ Fluency in English; Italian knowledge is a plus ~ Knowledge of 5S and safety practices ~ Training and coaching ability ~ Ability to manage harmonious working relationships and achieve common objectives ~ Ability to elaborate trade-offs ~ team leadership ~ communication ~ coaching ~ CAPEX project management ~ commissioning/qualification/verification ~ production planning
