and customer-fit across products with ongoing risk assessment Collaborate with Operations during collection development and product testing to standards, negotiating any aesthetic changes Maintain 100% accuracy in PLM records Experience managing vendor relationships and delivering clear briefs Strong project management and critical path management skills Commercial awareness and ability to balance creativity with cost Expert technical product knowledge in leather, fabrics, textiles, and related processes Site experience with vendors and operational knowledge of factories Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Knowledge of fashion trends and luxury consumer expectations Proficiency in PLM and Excel collaboration negotiation PLM Excel
