Overview In this role you will help keep production equipment, facilities, and infrastructure running safely and efficiently. You will collaborate with the Service & Facility Manager to improve equipment reliability and support business performance in a dynamic manufacturing setting. You will work on maintenance planning, failure data analysis, and spare parts management to drive continuous improvements.

and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability Monitor key maintenance and operational KPIs to support continuous improvement Manage and review spare parts inventory levels to ensure availability and reduce obsolete stock Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline At least 3 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, engineering, or a similar industrial environment Ability to analyze data, solve technical problems, and translate insights into practical actions Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive approach Professional fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) excellent communication and collaboration IBM Maximo or Maximo Application Suite (MAS) experience maintenance planning asset management
