Overview In this role you will build and lead a high-performing commercial team to win the North East Italian market (Padova, Verona, Bologna) with full P&L; ownership. You will drive long-term growth strategy, field engagement with top partners, and data-driven decision making to unlock new opportunities. You work cross-functionally on growth, promotions, advertising, and operations, shaping the region’s impact within Glovo’s platform. This is a leadership role that blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution to deliver meaningful market expansion.

Responsabilità

Lead and develop a team of 5 Key Account Managers to hit regional growth targets Pitch, negotiate, and build strong relationships with top partners in the area Define and execute the long-term growth strategy for the North East region across Growth, Promotions, Advertising,



and Operations Own analytics: monitor KPIs, track partner performance, and identify opportunities for expansion Manage the P&L; for the region and drive data-driven, results-oriented decision making

Requisiti fondamentali

Experience in fast-paced tech platforms, quick-commerce, delivery apps, or tech scale-ups; traditional retail or brick-and-mortar roles are not applicable 2+ years of direct people leadership in commercial or account management roles Fluency in Italian and English Proven field experience in pitching, negotiating, and managing high-value enterprise accounts Strong analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs and leverage data to drive growth Hands-on, autonomous leader comfortable in ambiguous environments and taking ownership bias for action high ambition analytical curiosity P&L; ownership data-driven decision making KPI tracking
