Overview In this role you will be the face and voice of Deel for clients, guiding onboarding and enabling durable relationships. You’ll act as a trusted advisor on operational and product-related matters during onboarding, while championing new capabilities to help clients expand with Deel. You will manage onboarding projects across stakeholders to ensure timely, successful launches. This position combines customer-facing leadership with hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll engage across teams to drive meaningful impact in the transformation of global work.

Plan, execute,
and monitor the Global all-in-one Employee Management Platform Implementation for Mid-Market clients to ensure timely delivery Become a Deel product expert and serve as a go-to resource for customers and colleagues Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders, aligning use cases with Deel’s best practices Identify, analyze, and resolve complex problems with a global payroll lens to drive improvements Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Experience & R&D;) to support onboarding processes and best practices
Requisiti fondamentali
3+ years in a customer onboarding role for a B2B SaaS product, especially in HR, Payroll, and Finance Customer-obsessed with ability to teach others Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills High attention to detail for onboarding plans and schedules Adaptable, autonomous, able to prioritize and unblock work customer-centric mindset clear communication detail-oriented JIRA SFDC G Suite
