We are looking for a talented Junior Associate Lawyer to join the Debt Capital Markets team of a leading international law firm in Milan, working closely with a highly experienced Partner and advising leading financial institutions and Italian and international corporates. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of debt capital markets and structured finance transactions , working alongside senior lawyers on complex, cross-border matters. Tender and exchange offers relating to debt securities

- Structured finance transactions and related legal matters
- Financial regulatory and compliance issues arising in connection with capital markets transactions
- We are looking for a junior Italian-qualified lawyer , ideally with 1–3 years' experience gained within a recognised Italian or international law firm, with a genuine interest in Debt Capital Markets, Banking & Finance or Capital Markets .



Some previous experience in debt capital markets, banking & finance or related transactional work
- Excellent command of Italian and English , both written and spoken
- A commercial approach and willingness to work on sophisticated, international transactions
- The ability to work effectively in a demanding, collaborative and international environment.
