Job Summary We are looking for an IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance to end users and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Key Responsibilities Provide L1/L2 IT support to end users. Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software. Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, network, and connectivity issues . Perform hardware replacement, cabling, and basic device configuration.

Support

Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and common business applications. Create, update, and resolve incidents through the IT service desk/ticketing system. Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams. Maintain IT asset and support documentation.



Provide onsite and remote technical support as required.

Required Skills ~1–3 years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / Technical Support . ~ Good knowledge of Windows, hardware, software, and basic networking . ~ Experience troubleshooting LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, laptops, desktops, and peripherals . ~ Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network connectivity . ~ Good troubleshooting and communication skills. ~ Ability to work independently and provide onsite technical support.

Preferred: Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and basic network troubleshooting.
