Overview As IT&D; Manager – Factory, you drive the IT and data-led transformation of the production site, partnering with factory leadership to deploy standardised ways of working and technology. You bridge business needs with IT delivery, ensuring a stable factory IT ecosystem and a smooth user experience. You work across global programmes and local site realities to deliver measurable improvements, with scope across manufacturing, data, and automation domains.
