Main Responsibilities

- Fully responsible for local recruitment in the Italian region, including: Communicating with business departments to clarify hiring needs and develop recruitment plans; Posting job ads, proactively sourcing and screening CVs; Coordinating interview schedules, following up on interview feedback and evaluation processes; Maintaining and expanding recruitment channels (Linked In, local job boards, university collaborations, etc.), and building/updating talent pools.
- Support the implementation of HQ HR strategies in the Italian region, responsible for organizing and updating policy documents, process forms, and local practice materials to ensure standardization and accuracy.
- Assist in daily HR operations in the Italian region, including employee management, training organization, team culture implementation, etc., and optimize relevant documents and process records.




- Organize and archive basic documentation related to labor compliance and data compliance.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, Linguistics, or related fields. Basic knowledge of HR management; strong willingness to learn and good communication skills. 1–2 years of HR internship or work experience preferred; outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome. Strong sense of responsibility and execution, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and manage time well.

Working proficiency in Chinese, English, and Italian – Italian required for written and basic oral communication as a working language. Excellent cross-cultural awareness and team spirit; honest, rigorous, proactive, and able to quickly integrate into a diverse team.
