As Client Director at ServiceNow, you will manage strategic FSI accounts, aligning our SaaS platform with client goals to drive adoption, renewals, and annual recurring revenue growth. You will act as a trusted adviser to C-level stakeholders, leading cross-functional, virtual teams to deliver outcomes. You will shape global account strategies, develop roadmaps, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Responsabilità
- Provide strategic leadership and partnership as the relationship manager between customers and ServiceNow
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support, Professional Services) to develop solutions
- Oversee growth of global accounts and deployment of worldwide resources




- Build trust and multi-tiered relationships from project/IT teams to CxO level
- Develop roadmaps and capabilities to deliver outstanding customer experience
- Achieve financial targets including Licenses, Renewals, and Professional Services

Requisiti fondamentali
- 10+ years of client management with revenue opportunities
- 5+ years as a Client Director or equivalent with multi-million-dollar sales scope and executive relationship management
- Experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service or IT Operations Management within software or IT sales
- Experience exceeding sales targets
- Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams
- Extensive background with large FSI companies
- Understanding of broad, macro-level IT needs for prospective clients
- Travel up to 50%
