Leadership & Teamwork – Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.

Mindedness & Process Orientation – Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.

Delivery

Operations – Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.

Safety

Compliance – Adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment. Cash & Charge Transactions – Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.

Product

Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance – Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems. Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.

Must possess a valid driver's license and adhere to AutoZone's driver safety requirements to ensure responsible and secure vehicle operation. You'll Go The Extra Mile If You Have Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English. Previous experience in automotive retail A valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement is a plus, helping ensure proper handling and transportation of regulated materials in compliance with safety standards.
