Overview In this role you drive operational excellence at a Fulfilment Centre, leading a team of Area Managers to meet safety, quality and productivity targets. You will coordinate with HR, Finance, Safety and Security to optimize site performance and implement cross-site initiatives. You'll analyse performance data, mentor leaders, and explore innovative ways to improve day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on leadership role that anchors the First Mile and rapid, reliable fulfilment at scale.

Responsabilità Manage and develop a team of Area Managers Lead shift-based operational teams and address issues to impact site performance Analyse shift performance against objectives and implement actions to improve operational excellence Collaborate with HR, Finance, Health & Safety,



and Security Design and deliver site-wide initiatives to boost performance Mentor and coach teams to become high-performing managers Be the link between operations and finance/safety/integration teams Support day-to-day operations while exploring innovative approaches to the site Requisiti fondamentali Bachelor Relevant experience in people and stakeholder management Advanced proficiency in English (verbal and written) and intermediate proficiency in the local language Experience using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions Experience in key areas of production and supply chains leadership mentoring stakeholder management data-driven decision making Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques (preferred) MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
