We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Management Analyst to work on a tempo pieno basis. The role involves analyzing business processes and designing solutions to improve organizational efficiency. Conduct in-depth analysis of business operations, workflows, and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity across departments. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and action plans to senior leadership. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current systems and recommend scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field is required.



Minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, or a related analytical role. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
