Overview In this role you will support high-profile energy and infrastructure transactions from Milan, spanning project financing, M&A;, development, contracts and due diligence. You will join a fast-growing Banking & Finance team of industry-specialized lawyers, gaining 360-degree experience in a cross-border, international context. The position offers structured training, exposure to top transactions and a chance to contribute to a leading, polycentric firm.
