• Protective product categories. Driving sales growth across channels in Lombardia and South Tyrol, including ski schools, clubs, and sports associations. Managing the full order book and resolving delivery or credit issues to guarantee timely supply. Activating trade marketing and sell-through programs in collaboration with internal Marketing teams. Leading product presentations and consumer events to showcase the value, innovation, and technical features of Atomic's Apparel &
• Protective lines.
Representing
Atomic at events and collaborating internally to share best practices, contribute to team meetings, and ensure a superior customer experience. Your profile and required competencies Proven sales expertise in apparel and winter sports equipment,
with at least 3+ years in account management or a similar role Strong business acumen, advanced Excel and data analysis skills Confident in digital tools and IT systems, using data to drive smarter sales decisions Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and solution-selling skills Customer-focused, with outstanding communication and presentation abilities Fluency in Italian and English; German is a strong asset Genuine passion for skiing - Alpine, Backcountry, or Nordic - with personal engagement in the sport What's in it for you At Atomic, you'll fuel your passion for skiing and the outdoors while working alongside a global community of passionate innovators.
