and KPIs Serve as escalation point for customers and internal stakeholders Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure accurate shipment execution Build and maintain relationships with airlines, carriers, gateways, and providers Drive efficiency and cost optimization via process improvements, automation, consolidation, route planning Ensure compliance with policies, trade regulations, customs, quality, health, safety, security, and environmental guidelines Partner with senior management to develop strategies and address risks and deviations 1–3 years of experience in air logistics ~ Solid knowledge of freight forwarding, air logistics operations and import regulations ~ Fluency in English and Italian ~ air logistics operations ~ import regulations
