Position: Accountant - Forwarding Company [September 2026]
MAX LOGISTICS is a globally operating, integrated logistics company that is making the leap into the global logistics market by constantly expanding its branch network based on the East Asian logistics hub.
We are looking for a talented accountant to join our team full-time recruitment due to business expansion at Italy Milano.
In this key position, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance of financial records.
1) Responsibilities:
- Process and record financial transactions, including payments, collections and invoices.
- Monitor and reconcile bank account balances.
- Prepare and submit tax returns and financial reports.
- Manage invoicing activities and ensure payments are made in a timely manner.
- Liaise with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
2) Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Ability to work with precision and attention to detail, accounting software and spreadsheets.
- Communication and problem-solving,
and ENGLISH spoken and written skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
3) Work environment:
Office hour: Monday-Friday: 08:30 to 17:30, 39 hours per week
Salary conditions: Will be fixed after consultation
Working mode: In presence. One year contract (3 months of probations) according to the Italian law.
Possibility of changing to tempo pieno.
