stand together in the face of attack under Article V. /p pTo provide these critical services, in the modern evolving dynamic environment the NCI Agency needs to build and maintain high performance-engaged workforce. The NCI Agency workforce strategically consists of three major categorise’s: NATO International Civilians (NIC)’s, Military (Mil), and Interim Workforce Consultants (IWC)’s. The IWCs are a critical part of the overall NCI Agency workforce and make up approximately 15 percent of the total workforce. /p pbRole ID – /b bC /b /p h3Role Duties and Responsibilities /h3 ul liOperate and perform unit and field level maintenance and emergency interventions on the Satellite Ground Station and associated communications facilities, and terrestrial links (DLOS, Fibre) terminating at the SGS; /li liMaintain station logs and ensure proper outage reporting /li liActivate circuits in accordance with circuit work orders /li liOperate/maintain data networks to provide reach-back/backhaul anchoring for deployed NATO forces /li liProvide feedback to Chief Technician and Station Engineers for internal training program improvements, and ensure maintenance personnel comply with prescribed maintenance procedures. /li liParticipate on On-the-Job-Training (OJT) programs to complement official NCI Academy training program. /li liPerform all duties requested by Station Command, and related to daily functioning of the Site and position of the Site within NCIA, NATO, and the local community. /li liCarry out other duties as directed. /li /ul h3Essential Skills, Experience and Certifications /h3 ul liAntenna sub-system including; radome, feed horn, reflector, pedestal, waveguides, tracking receiver,
