bidding and revenue strategies.br/liliSupport financial modelling, project valuation and investment decisions.br/li /ulbrAuctions Support Schemesbrullibr/liliLead participation in relevant Italian renewable energy and storage auctions and support schemes, including GSE auctions, FER X and MACSE where applicable.br/liliDevelop bid strategies, pricing and commercial submissions in coordination with development, finance and international teams.br/li /ulbrStakeholder Contract Managementbrullibr/liliWork closely with development, project finance, MA, legal and investment teams to maximise project value and bankability.br/liliSupport financing, MA and farm-down transactions and related due diligence.br/liliManage PPAs throughout their lifecycle, including contractual obligations, performance requirements and commercial issues.br/liliPresent commercial recommendations and key risks to senior management and investment committees.br/li /ulbrQualificationsbrRequired Experiencebrullibr/lilibSolid experience in European energy markets /b, including substantial experience in the Italian power market.br/liliDirect experience originating, structuring, negotiating or managing renewable PPAs.br/liliProven track record of executing renewable energy offtake agreements.br/liliStrong understanding of Italian electricity markets, GME, zonal pricing, forward curves, capture prices and imbalance exposure.br/liliExperience with Italian renewable energy auctions, GSE support schemes or competitive tenders.br/liliExperience with solar, wind, BESS or hybrid renewable projects.br/liliEstablished network across Italian utilities, suppliers, traders, aggregators and/or corporate energy buyers.br/liliStrong commercial, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
