ppPositionFor our Finance Department at our HQ in Milan, we are looking for a Financial Controller, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).The role will play a key part in overseeing the financial operations of the business, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and providing insightful financial analysis to support Management in strategic and operational decision-making.Working closely with the CFO, Department Heads, Regional Controllers and international teams, the Financial Controller will contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities, performance monitoring and the continuous improvement of financial processes, supporting the sustainable and profitable growth of the business. /p h3Job Responsabilities /h3 h3Financial Reporting /h3 ul liManage month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. /li liPrepare consolidated financial statements, PL analyses, balance sheets and cash flow forecasts. /li liPrepare periodic and ad-hoc financial reporting for Management. /li liEnsure consistency and accuracy of financial information across the organization. /li /ul h3Budgeting Forecasting /h3 ul liManage the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes in collaboration with Department Heads and Regional Controllers. /li liSupport the definition of financial guidelines and ensure their consistent application across the organization. /li liDrive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and financial modelling methodologies. /li liProvide Management with actionable financial insights and recommendations aimed at optimizing cost structures and improving margins. /li /ul h3Performance Variance Analysis /h3 ul liPerform detailed variance analyses comparing actual performance against budget, forecast and prior year, identifying key business and financial drivers. /li liMonitor inventory levels, COGS and margins,



analyzing deviations against forecasts and identifying potential areas of improvement. /li liTrack and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to commercial growth, cost efficiency and profitability. /li liCoordinate with Local and Regional Controllers to ensure effective performance monitoring and consistent reporting. /li /ul h3Cash Flow Working Capital Management /h3 ul liMonitor cash flow performance and contribute to the optimization of working capital. /li liPrepare and monitor treasury forecasts. /li liOversee capital expenditure tracking and support ROI analysis for strategic investments. /li liProvide financial analysis to support business decisions and investment evaluations. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. /li liAt least 5 years of progressive experience in Finance and Controlling, ideally combining Big Four audit experience with corporate controlling roles within a structured and international environment. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling. /li liStrong analytical skills and a methodical, structured and detail-oriented approach. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within deadlines. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liAbility to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and to work within international and cross-functional teams. /li liExcellent command of both Italian and English, written and spoken; knowledge of French is considered a plus. /li liStrong sense of responsibility, accuracy and business orientation. /li liPassion for the luxury industry and understanding of its dynamics. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pThe annual gross salary (RAL) for this role starts from 40,000 and will be determined based on the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate.ContractPermanent JobExperienceMinimum 5 yearsTypeFull TimeFunctionFinance /p pFinancial Controller • milan, lombardy, Italy /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
