pams OSRAM is seeking a senior technical lead for HF analog layout within broadband optical ICs or comparable RF ICs in Villasanta, Italy.
You will steer layout strategy, lead floorplanning, and drive parasitic-aware implementations in collaboration with design teams.
/ppThe ideal candidate has a BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years RF/analog layout experience, expertise in FinFET/FD-SOI nodes, and strong EMI-aware methodologies.
