With a view to strengthening our team, we are looking for a:

Integrated Management System Specialist

The candidate will join the IMS team and report directly to the Head of Integrated Management System, working cross-functionally with Operations, Business, Project Management, Human Resources, Finance, Legal, IT, Security, HSE, and other support functions. The main objective of the role is to ensure that the Integrated Management System is properly applied, maintained, and continuously improved across the entire Italian organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the effectiveness, compliance, and continuous improvement of Akkodis Italy’s Integrated Management System (IMS), guaranteeing alignment with applicable standards and business requirements.

- Coordinate internal and external audits, certification activities, and compliance initiatives,



ensuring the proper management of corrective actions and improvement plans.

- Manage and maintain IMS documentation, business processes, procedures, and governance tools, ensuring they are kept up to date and communicated throughout the organization.

- Monitor KPIs, risks, objectives, and process performance, supporting Management Reviews and providing periodic reporting to management.

- Collaborate with Operations, Business, and support functions to promote process standardization, operational excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement.

- Support customer audits, customer satisfaction initiatives, sustainability, and quality projects, contributing to strengthened competitiveness and business performance.

Requirements to start your growth path:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Quality Management, Organizational Design, or equivalent disciplines.

- At least 1–3 years of experience in management systems, quality, process management, internal audit, or continuous improvement.

- Preferred background in consulting firms, professional services, engineering companies, or multi-site organizations.

- Hands-on experience in managing or applying ISO 9001-compliant management systems.

- Experience in preparing for and managing internal and external audits.





- Knowledge of risk-based thinking, process management, and continuous improvement principles.

- Experience in document management, internal and third-party audits, KPI tracking, non-conformities, corrective actions, and coordination with certification bodies.

Technical Skills:

- Good working knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard.

- Knowledge of the EN 9100 standard is a strong plus.

- Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 27001, TISAX, or other management frameworks is an added advantage.

- Knowledge of audit methodologies, preferably with an Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor qualification.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point.

- Familiarity with Share Point, Power BI, workflow tools, or document management systems.

- Ability to create professional documentation, reports, and executive presentations.

Languages

- Native or fluent Italian.

- Professional English, minimum B2 level.

- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
