Our flagship product is the connected bracelet, which allows you to quickly and discreetly call for help by clicking on it. **Responsibilities**: Key responsibilities: - Drive sales and deliver business performance, meeting company KPIs across various categories
- Manage sales pipeline and demonstrate strong conversion of leads
- Take full ownership and accountability of the site-level P&L.;
- Lead the operation of a mixed-use workspace, ensuring execution of service, product awareness, and spatial functionality
- Recruit, train, and develop a passionate, hospitality-conscious team
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations on growth and retention strategy, forecasting,
