It supports business and field management to achieve operational excellence, higher performance, better customer experience and process integration.Main responsibilities:Carry out specific sector analyzes and associated reportingSupport in the process of implementing new store tools to improve field processes and procedures (e.G. new cashier tool, innovative payment methods..)Support the team in drafting operating manuals relating to new projects implemented in stores or the revision of existing processesSupport the team, for the maintenance of the new cash system (both for S&V; and for GV),
