/p /brh3bExplore your tasks and responsibilities /b /h3 /brul /brliDevelop and execute regional MEP sourcing strategies (e.g. HVAC, piping, electrical, instrumentation, installation services) aligned with global category management /li /brliEstablish and negotiate Master Framework Agreements (MFAs) with key suppliers and subcontractors /li /brliBuild and manage a high-performing regional supplier base, including OEMs and installation partners /li /brliDrive sourcing initiatives to improve Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), lead times, and project execution reliability /li /brliLead Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), including performance reviews and risk escalation /li /brliSupport project teams with preferred supplier lists, cost inputs, and sourcing strategies during proposals and execution /li /brliIdentify opportunities to optimize sourcing models (e.g. direct procurement vs. subcontracting) /li /brliEnsure compliance with procurement policies, safety (EHS), quality and regulatory requirements /li /brliProvide regional market intelligence (pricing, capacity, lead times)



and contribute to global category strategies /li /brliCollaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and Project Management teams /li /br /ul /brh3bShow your expertise /b /h3 /brul /brli7–10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing / procurement within MEP, EPC, life sciences, semiconductor, data centers, or similar industries /li /brliStrong track record in developing sourcing strategies, negotiating commercial agreements, and delivering measurable value /li /brliSolid understanding of MEP equipment, installation methods, and construction project environments /li /brliExperience managing suppliers and subcontractors, including performance and risk management /li /brliStrong analytical skills (cost modelling, benchmarking, supplier evaluation) /li /brliAbility to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders /li /brliBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or Business; certifications are a plus /li /brliFluent in English and Italian (min. C1 Level) /li /br /ul /brpThe salary range for this position is between € 71'400 and € 85'000 gross per year (full-time).
