/p h3Your Typical Day /h3 ul liQA Execution Manual Testing: Define acceptance criteria for new features and perform functional, regression, and integration testing on release candidates.
/li liWorkflow Management: Manage and optimize the QA workflow within Jira to support a continuous and organized delivery process.
/li liCustomer Support (L2): Analyze reports from the customer portal, identifying bugs or areas for improvement and translating them into technical specifications for developers.
/li liCross-functional Alignment: Collaborate constantly with backend, frontend, and AI teams to ensure a shared understanding of quality requirements.




/li liRelease Approval: Verify and sign off on individual features before they are deployed to production.
/li liExperience: 1-2 years in Quality Assurance, software testing, or advanced technical support roles (SaaS experience is a plus).
/li liAttention to Detail: A near-perfectionist approach to identifying bugs, inconsistencies, and edge cases.
/li liAnalytical Mindset: Ability to break down complex problems and translate vague user feedback into clear technical requirements.
