/p h3About the Role /h3 pThe successful candidate will join the Import Export Department, where they will be responsible for the operational management of domestic and international shipments.
They will work closely with the Logistics, Packaging, Sales and Finance departments on a daily basis.
/p pThe ideal candidate will have gained significant experience working for an international freight forwarder or structured logistics operator, and will have a thorough understanding of the different modes of transport.
/p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liOrganize and coordinate domestic and international shipments.
/li liManage import/export and customs documentation.
/li liPrepare export invoices and customs documentation.
/li liLiaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
/li liCollaborate with the Packaging Department to define shipping methods and packaging specifications.
/li liWork closely with the Sales Department to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and delivery deadlines.




/li liCollaborate with the Finance Department on the administrative and fiscal aspects of shipping operations.
/li liUse SAP for operational shipment management, documentation, invoicing and the proper storage of data and company procedures.
/li liEnsure compliance with applicable regulations and company procedures relating to international trade flows.
/li /ul h3What You Need to Be Successful /h3 ul liAt least 5 years of solid experience in Import/Export activities, preferably gained within international freight forwarders or structured logistics providers.
/li liIn-depth knowledge of shipping activities, including: /li liExpress shipments /li liExcellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
/li liKnowledge of one or more additional foreign languages is considered a plus.
/li liGood knowledge of international trade documentation flows and procedures.
/li liExperience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
/li liKnowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures.
/li liExperience in the automatic machinery, plant engineering, or capital equipment sectors.
