pDue to expansion, the Technical Design and Delivery team is looking to hire an Assistant Manager/Manager with MEP design background to support external design team management and design review work.
/ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /pp•Assist in data centre design and construction phases for site management and construction quality control.
/pp•Monitor construction activities closely on a regular basis and ensure the data centre facility is built to group's standard.
/pp•Responsible for the review and approval of design consultant's work to ensure design documents are sufficiently developed with all necessary engineering calculations in place.
/pp•Responsible for communicating with design consultants to ensure all required deliverables are achieved.
/pp•Responsible for maintaining K2 internal engineering standard with particular focus on HVAC and plumbing systems (Mechanical) or power distribution systems (Electrical).
/pp•Support project commissioning and final handover activities.
/pp•Support of K2 internal engineering design and development activities.
/pp•Establish engineering and operation procedures following K2 standard.

/pp•Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering /pp•Chartered Engineer preferred /pp•Good knowledge in Mechanical or Electrical design with a good understanding on data centre project and relevant MEP software modelling.
/pp•Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) with experience in Mechanical software, such as IES or 6 Sigma or Electrical software like Etap.
/pp•Good command of written and spoken English.
Additional language skills such as Chinese/ Italy/ Finnish / Spanish will be an added advantage to liaise with overseas counterparts /ppbr/p
