/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and implement sourcing strategies for hydraulic components, including pumps, valves, cylinders, manifolds, fittings, castings, forgings, machined parts, and assemblies.
/liliLead supplier selection processes, RFQs, cost analysis, contract negotiations, and supplier qualification activities.
/liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers and drive supplier performance improvements.
/liliConduct supplier performance reviews focused on quality, delivery, cost, innovation, and sustainability.
/liliNegotiate pricing and commercial agreements to achieve cost reduction targets.




/liliIdentify savings opportunities through market analysis, benchmarking, and value engineering initiatives.
/liliMonitor commodity trends and proactively manage supply market risks.
/liliSupport new product development and product change initiatives in partnership with Engineering.
/liliCollaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality teams to improve inventory management, supply continuity, and supplier quality performance.

/liliStrong understanding of hydraulic systems, manufacturing processes, and supply chain principles.
