In this role you will manage a dedicated team. /p h3How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities: /h3 ul liEnsure the execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, test run, training, maintenance engineering, operation and handover activities of the plant to the Client, in line with contractual requirements and project objectives in terms of safety, quality, budget and schedule. /li liEnsure HSE and procedural compliance for both site and home office activities, making sure that HSE procedures are available, applied and respected throughout all operational phases. /li liManage and coordinate commissioning, start-up, operation and maintenance activities, aligning all involved parties and ensuring achievement of schedule, cost and performance objectives. /li liEnsure safe and efficient operation of the plant/production facilities, including the implementation and maintenance of the Safety Management System and the Planned Maintenance System. /li liManage resources, teams, budgets and operational/contractual interfaces, including team competency development, Client relationships, subcontractor/supplier management, operating cost control and reporting to management. /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 pWe are looking for a senior manager able to take ownership of the final phase of the project lifecycle,



from commissioning preparation through operation/maintenance and handover, ensuring safety, performance, cost control and effective coordination of all involved parties. In summary, we are looking for someone with: /p ul liSolid Commissioning and Start-up experience /li liStrong HSE and safe operations mindset /li liOperational and maintenance management capability /li liLeadership and team management /li liProject management and cost/schedule control /li liCross-functional technical competencies /li /ul h3Education: /h3 pBachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering Discipline (Preferably Chemical or Mechanical) /p h3Experience: /h3 p15 years as a Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance Manager role within fertilizerindustry /p h3Languages: /h3 pEnglish (Advanced) French Arabic (nice to have) /p h3Technical/IT Skills: /h3 ul liWork in Task Force coordinating with the project team, the different companies of the JVs and the Client. /li liEnsure the execution of the head office activities concerning Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start Up, Test Run, Training, Maintenance Engineering, Operation and handing over of the Plant to the Client according to contractual requirements and project objectives in terms of safety, quality, budget and schedule. /li liEnsure compliance of the Yard / Onshore Site activities for which is responsible with the established process and HSE requirements, while respecting the relative time and cost targets. /li liTechnical knowledge of FERTILIZER PLANT and Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start Up and Operation activities. /li liKnowledge of the CMS, Engineering Systems and Tools (HEXAGON, WINPCS, ICAPS, etc.). /li liKnowledge of PC, Windows, Office Software and IT implementation background.
